We’re thrilled (and humbled) to officially introduce ourselves as certified life coaches with a deep passion for helping others grow to reach new heights.

Our journey hasn't been easy—but it's been real.

Holly’s resilience, compassion, and ability to lead through life’s storms make her a powerful advocate for women navigating the complex journey of motherhood, leadership, and everyday demands. Her journey has not been easy—marked by infertility, failed adoptions, infidelity, divorce, and the challenges of single parenting neurodivergent children while leading as an executive in her organization. Yet, through every heartbreak and triumph, Holly has remained anchored by an unshakable faith and a profound closeness to God. It is this faith that has not only carried her through the darkest valleys but also empowered her to rise, lead, and inspire others to do the same.

Dan has walked with men through life’s battles, for over 30 years serving overseas, leading in crises, and offering steady support.  As an executive Dan was excelling professionally, although his greatest transformation came through deep personal pain.

Wrestling with the demons of anger, grief, isolation, depression, alcohol use, pornography, and overspending, led to a difficult divorce and separation from his children resulting in suicidal ideation. Dan was personally broken and at rock bottom.

It was in that broken place that Jesus met him with grace.  Over time, his heart changed, his story redeemed, and a new design began to take shape—one marked by humility, hope, and a new mission to help others rise from their darkest places.

Together, we've learned that real change is possible - we bring a blend of grit, grace, and real-life experience.  We don’t coach from a mountaintop, we coach from the trenches. We coach from experience - from the fire, the healing, and the freedom on the other side.

Now, we’re here to walk with you.
