❄️ A 3-Day, 2-Night Winter Retreat for Your Soul❄️
Island Park, Idaho - Just 30 Miles from West Yellowstone
Step away from the noise and reconnect with your truest self on this intimate, small-group retreat designed for individuals seeking balance, renewal, and connection.
Together we’ll journey to a cozy cabin tucked in the stillness of Island Park, surrounded by snow-dusted pines and the serene beauty of nature. Once fitted with cross-country skis from our local partners, we’ll head to the cabin and begin our time of reconnection and reflection.
Day 1: Arrival & Intention
Settle into your warm, rustic sleeping quarters, enjoy a welcoming dinner, and venture out on a peaceful 1–2 mile night ski. Under the blanket of stars, you’ll feel the world slow down. Back at the cabin, curl up by the fire with a cup of cocoa and a moment for yourself — to breathe, to rest, to simply be.
Day 2: Movement & Meaning
Begin the morning with guided meditation and reflective journaling, followed by a 3–5 mile cross-country ski through the quiet forest. In the evening, gather around the fire for group discussion, laughter, and insight as we explore how to realign everyday intentions with your values and aspirations.
Day 3: Reflection & Renewal
We’ll share a hearty breakfast, reflect on the lessons and clarity gained, and create a personalized plan for moving forward — physically, emotionally, and spiritually recharged. Depart before noon with renewed purpose and zeal for life.
